Blossom Sour Zero 


A fresh sour in which lime and hibiscus enhance the floral character of Pink Blossom. The soft foam layer rounds everything off, while bitters add extra depth.



Ingredients

    • 6 cl Pink Blossom
    • 3 cl lime juice
    • 2 cl hibiscus syrup
    • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
    • 2 cl egg white
    • Ice ​
    • Extra Angostura bitters for garnish
    • Optional lime peel for extra aroma

Method

    • Crack the egg and separate the egg white over the shaker.
    • Add the remaining ingredients and shake well.
    • Open the shaker and add ice.
    • Shake again, this time more gently, to chill everything.
    • Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
    • Finish with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
    • Optionally squeeze a piece of lime peel over the mocktail for extra aroma.
    • Cocktail version
    • Use 5 cl of pisco.
